A long day at the rink! Started the morning with a goalie lesson, and after that meeting with the new school hockey girls and the womens team. The season has finally Started and I am excited to see what this years team can accomplish. We started off with some fitness testing and tomorrow we have our first ice session. At night jay and I played some hockey!:)
