My famous ice cream cake ;)

200 g graham crackers
1 tbls honey
100 g butter
1.5 l vanilla ice cream
75 g chocolate
250 g Berries on top

Melt butter and mix it w crackers, honey and chocolate. Put Saran Wrap in a pan so it hangs over the edge. Pack the mix hard in the bottom of it. Then but it in the fridge for 30 min. Take out the ice cream for 20 min before so it softens. Put the ice cream On top of the mix and put it in the freezer for around 2 h. Take it out and let it soften a little and put the berries on top. Really good but its usually not as good the second day! Try it:)
